The most common NDDs are including Alzheimer’s disease, Prion protein disease, and Parkinson’s disorder. Several coordination complexes are effective in the treatment of NDDs. In the present scenario, computational methods opened a new vista for novel drugs with theoretically improved overall effectiveness.
